current topshop stock

Topshop is my favorite shop and the stock is always so amazing. The mojority of my wardrobe is from there! I go shopping there most weekends and on the internet these are some of my favorite items in stock right now!






The colours on this pair of shorts are so gorgeous! They are so cute and the colorful threds make a black pair of shorts much more interesting!

 I love these stretchy hot pants. I have been tempted to where them on nights out on countless occasions but always find them boring. However these combine simplicity and interesting. With white blouse and a red blazer and red wedges- amazing. 

These shorts are so practical. I brought them quite recently.The color is amazing and the length, i consider perfect. When i wear shorts they have attend-ency to be very short and show a lot however these are perfect.

Ahh this is fabulous. I would personally wear this for a very low key outfit for exercise or a day where you don't much.

Wow. This is so striking and an amazing touch to a statement outfit. When i see this i visualize its being worn with studded hot pants and Jeffery Campbell's or knee length pencil skirts with diamante heels and over-sized clutch purses for a night out. However its also wearable for the day time with high waisted shorts and creepers or a pair of jeans and thick platformed lace up pumps.

This is so gorgeous. Cream and lace Bralet. Would work perfectly to finish off an outfit involving heavily patterned shorts,skirts or trousers.

I found this on the top shop website and i have to say i preferred it on the internet over seeing it in the store. However i adore the pattern and think this would look best on olive skin tones.

This is also gorgeous. Perfect if you don't have many curves as the belt on the waist would create an illusion that your hips were wider than your waist. 

This skirt is so fabulous the pastel colours and different lengths on front and back make this so feminine and pretty. I brought it and i love it so much.

Hey everybody,this is what my OOTD post.

The top i am wearing- other wise referred to as a bralet is from Topshop. I brought it relativity recently in the Liverpool store. It cost me £12 which i consider a reasonable price. This skirt is from american apparell which i brought on line in the sale for £19!

essential hair secrets

Silky Extensions..
If any of you have relatively short hair like me, and wear hair extensions then you will know that after a while they start to go frizzy and look neglected. You wash them and wash them but they sometimes get more frizzy. When i was told about this incredible cheat ( by ciaratrixie on youtube whose videos are really good,you should all take a look) i thought it wouldnt actually work,but i tried it out today and by extensions look brand new!
I'm sure all of you have an iron in your house? You brush each piece of you extensions through so there is no knots. Take on piece and place it on the ironing board place the iron on top of it as near to the top as you can get it without burning your fingers- then pull the iron over the extension just like your ironing a tee shirt. Brush it through again and your hair extensions will look silky,soft and revived! Carry out this procedure for each piece of hair. ONLY DO THIS IF THEY ARE REAL HAIR,SYNTHETIC HAIR WILL MELT!!

 Wavy Hair..
Wrap a piece of hair round the curling tongues,wait three seconds,then take it off,wait another three seconds,brush it from the top straight to the bottom,then spray it with hairspray. Continue to do this for the whole of your hair!


Flicky Volumous Hair..
I am constantly trying to create flicky hair whenever i go out,but i have only recently discovered how to do it! There are a few celebrities that get it just right, such as Debbie O'Toole,her flicks always look fabulous. Some people insist on straightners,curling tongues,heated rollers but its actually a whole lot easier. All you need to do is,wash your hair and whilst its wet put it up into velcro rollers,outwards(size depends on your hair or how big you want your flicks to be) make sure you clip your rollers in tight!Wait for about 5 minutes until hair is damp as apose to wet. Dry your hair with a hairdryer on full heat whilst it is in rollers,making sure it is completely dry. Take out the rollers carefully and slowly because if your rush and do it quickly you run the risk of frizzy hair! Then spray your hair with hairspray to insure that yor fabulous flicks hold!

my favourite products

I use alot of products for lots of differnt things,heres what i use and what i think of them..
I use the body shop lip cream and body lotion, they're quite pricy but very good quality. They always make my skin/lips feel very soft and healthy.
I also use the soap and glory 'hand food' i find tjis works amazingly and achieves lovely soft hands.
I use Dove 'soft and gentle' shower wash. It smells lovely and always makes me feel clean and refreshed.
I use loreal colour and protect shampoo and cpnditioner which leaves my hair feeling healthy and silky. It also helps me keep my colour for as long as possible as i die mine from time to time.

Washing my fasce is very important to me as i love having soft skin. I believe it is very important to have a face care routine. Every evening i use make up remover and cleanser by simple then use the clinique exfoliation scrub. After that i use a foam face was from virgin V then a toner from Virgin V then  moisturiser from virgin v they keep my skin in good condition.Virgin V is a brand i have only recently heard about,however i won £25 vouchers for it and chose a skin care set,this came with a large bottle of face wash,Toner and a medium sized pot of moisturiser.I have used many skin care products in a wide range of prices and i can easily say they are by far the best products i have ever used,at an extremely reasonable price, i stongly recommend the brand.

I also use 'freederm' gel if i get spots or pimples it freezes your blemish over night and is visually better by the morning!

I tend not to use to much product on my hair as it sometimes makes it less healthy although i do use a detangler spray that i purchased from tesco, it gets rid of any knots and makes your hair smell amazing!

Marathon Man

This has absolutely nothing to do with fashion...
But My dad and uncle have raised over £1000 for running the marathon with team PB tomorrow and i would like to wish them look and tell them both how proud i am. I know they will run the very best they ever had,because they'll be doing it for those millions of people out there battling the common battle for life with cancer. Wow. I love animal print at the moment and went to an animal print body paint 16th recently.
I went as a cat and my bestfriend Alice went as a cheetah.

Whats in my make up bag.

Today i am going to be talking about what it is in my make-up bag.
My make-up bag is a medium sized Elizabeth Arden flowery,zip up bag.
First i use 'Dr Feel Good' by benefit. I apply this to my skin after washing it and before applying make-up. it protects make-up seeking into your paws and makes your skin feel smoother- £25.
Then apply  a dot of Mac foundation to my forehead,both cheeks,under both eyes,my nose and chin. By rubbing these dots in you create a natural blend of colour not using much at all. £35 (ish)
I normally then draw my eyebrows on using an angled mac eyeliner brush and the clinique browns palette.£15
Then apply a few coats of Soap and glory 'thick and fast' mascara to my eyelashes. £9
if i am going out or dressing more formally i would add either. Mac kohl black liner to my waterline, Mac super slick brown eyeliner or rimmel black 'exaggerate' to above my lash line on the top of my lid. kohl-£12 mac liner £15 rimmel £6.
Sometimes i would add powder and lip stick depending on how i felt.

Outfit Of The Day- Combining Neutrals with Abstracts

Yes i'm aware i ghave no shoes on,however i was indoors at the time and didnt feel the need in pairing my outfit with a pair of shoes. I chose to wear this outfit to go to my friends house- Alice @ Style Comes From Within When we do things together we like to dress nice as we are both fashion obsessed. This was a quick casual outfit that i threw together for that light hearted dolly summer look.

some of you may of noticed the change in background recently. I changed it to Lane Del Rey's ffront cover shot for vogue as i recently have an obsession with vogue. Also lane del rey is currently my favourite female celebrity and i think she looks particulary beautiful in this shot. I so happened to have puchased this very cover of Vogue in march and used it too create a 'photo wall' which is where all of the walls of my bedroom are covered in fashion pictures. I will try and post pictures.

hmm. I think everyone across britain is experiencing some extreme weather conditions and if your anything like me will be struggling to know whats what in fashion at the moment. As in liverpool we've gone from too weeks of dazzling weather to dam right cold! But trying to focus on thee future(making me feel far more positive on the weather) it is spring. Have you heard the spring trends? Well pastels are in,and so are heavy prints. I cant tell you what to wear but i can give you a helping hand.

The two styles on the cards i personally think are at completely different ends of the scale. as a associate pastels with plain soft outifts and heavy patterns with bold and stong outfits. however i forgot about a very important word. CREATIVITY! Who is there to say that we cant have light,soft pastel patterned outfits? either find a heavily patterned blouse in maybe light pinks or baby blues OR mix the too but be careful! don't buy a red and gold patterned blouse to wear with lilac leggings! clash your prints but try not the clash your colours.

I'm going to talk about my fashion likes and dislikes in general.My favourite clothing store is topshsop. Everything in there is fashionable,and i would happily wear most things in store. There are a few rare occasions were i feel that topshop have got it wrong,but most of the time its all spot on. You may have noticed that at the moment there is alot of aztec,scarf pattern and general heavy pattern about in shops When i was shopping today i did notice multiple patterns and differnt versions of Aztec. I believe that scarf pattern became a big thing after Jessie J was spotted making am appearnce on a new TV show 'the voice in the UK' wearing a chain pattern shirt.




I personally think that Jessie J has got it just right in both of theese pictures. Both of theese heavy print outfits make her stand out even more. They complement her skin tones and her hair very well.

Topshop buys.

On my trip to the manchester 'trafford centre' i purchased 4 new items of clothing; All from topshop.


I have wanted this black and white skeleton patterned bralet  for a while and when i found it in my size in store today i was extremely happy,as i had been having big ideas of loads of new outfits i could combine this with. it was £12 which i think is extremely reasonable for such a nice item of clothing.



    The picture is not fully clear- theese are a pair of jeggings in quite a bright blue shade. They were £22 and i feel are a very good buy. They will go with lots of things and could be paired with things to make a summer outfit or even may last untill early autumn for a more 'wrap up warm' style.





If any of you reading this are regular readers of my blog you will know that i have been on a hunt for a 'city of angels' t-shirt. When i was in the topshop store today sadly i didnt find it,but settled for this and am now very glad with my choice as i have tried it on and it goes with alot of clothing in my wardrobe. Again £22,which i feel is a good price as i hopefully should get a good anount of wear out of this throughout the summer months.









                                                 
last but certainly not least. infact my favourite purchase of the day.
My denim jacket,curtesy of my wonderful mother who picked this out herself for me,and payed for it;) i've fallen slightly in love with it and am excited to pair it up with summery outfits. Slightly more expensive than the others at £42 but i have faith that it will definatly be well worth the money,roll on summer!

Pull Yo Socks Up

Knee high socks are a summer must have,you can get so many in different colours,styles and patterns. They match perfectly with so many different items of footwear and clothing.

 These Black frilly socks and plain and simple,however extremely classy and would look highly fashionable paired with any heavy prints. Newlook-£2.99.

These American classics are fabulous. I can picture these paired with high waist-ed shorts for that sophisticated summery look. American apparel-£6.30.

These maroon socks are very summery,paired with almost anything would look great. especially low boots,ballet pumps or mid-thigh length dresses.
